Elsa Lassoux-Coleman
After fifteen years in California, Elsa returns to Paris with extensive expertise in event production, community organizing, and education. As the operational backbone of the gallery, her vision ensures that every exhibition is a coherent and impactful experience. Deeply passionate about the entire artistic ecosystem, she oversees the gallery’s programming, collaborates with curators, and builds vital connections that place the local community at the heart of the gallery’s identity.

Agathe Fumey
Through her years working as a freelancer, Agathe has built solid experience in curation, gallery management, event promotion and communications. She has participated in contemporary art fairs (1-54 Marrakech, Asia Now, Art Paris, Drawing Now) and writes for artists and magazines including Artaïs and Slash Paris. Agathe now joins Roch20 gallery, assisting Elsa and Riad with curation and management.

Artistic DirectorRiad Gahmi
Riad is an accomplished actor and writer for theater, television, and film. With a deep passion for contemporary painting, he curates the Instagram account @athousandmonkeys, through which he has championed living painters for over a decade, helping to bring their work to a wider audience. At the gallery, he oversees creative direction, scouts emerging talent, and curates exhibitions. Known for fostering close relationships with artists, Riad has a keen eye for discovering the next generation of painters.
Operations ManagerDrew Coleman
Drew draws on decades of experience as a chef and Operations Director in the culinary world. Having led high-pressure kitchens and complex food service systems, he now applies that same logistics expertise, and eye for detail to the gallery environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and an exceptional visitor experience.
